We finished upgrading our spam filtering capability today, so clients that host their domains with us should start to notice a big difference in the amount of spam received.
We’ll be contacting all clients over the coming week to discuss the changes further, but would appreciate any feedback you have about changes in the amount of spam you are receiving. This will all go towards helping us fine tune the process.
Please note that for certain clients, we only host your website not your email. In this case spam filtering is dealt with by your ISP or mail host.
