Anyone Using Mosso for Hosting? Opinions Please.
I have some dedicated servers that I use for hosting clients web sites, but have been following the relatively new hosting company, Mosso with some interest. I am very impressed with the idea of Mosso, but is it too good to be true?
They host on a grid and you can develop in ASP, .NET, PHP and Ruby all on one account. A single domain can use a mixture of the technologies which could be a bonus when migrating sites.
I’ve been keeping an eye on their service status feed to see how quickly they respond to problems, but that kind of thing is only as good as the information the company declare.
Does anyone have any first hand experience of hosting with Mosso or know of any good (reliable and recent) reviews?

I took my site and a key client’s site off Mosso midyear after lots of problems. At the same time they made some key staffing changes around change/release management of their platform, and as far as I can tell it’s been as stable as a rock since then!
So I can’t say anything about about them, except USD$100 is still a lot for some people.
I’d recommend them.
My own site is now with MediaLayer and they’ve been awesome.

Thanks Alistair, I’ve had the sense things have been improving there recently.
Thankfully the $100 would represent a cost saving for me, so that side of it is a no brainer.

I have been hosting with them for 3 months now and its been great. Their customer support is excellent, such as when a DNS of SPF goes wrong.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE Mosso Hosting. They are very reliable now. In the beginning they had some rough days, but absolutely stable now. I used promo code [REMOVED] and received $50 off.
